The doctors and nursery are nice and polite. The issue here is the booking system at the phone which after 2pm doesnt give the option to queuing but goes in busy mode and you cant speak with anyone and then when you do find the way to communicate most of the times are rude, puffing people.

A breathe of fresh air after our experience with another local surgery who we had been with for years. So glad we moved to Collington. The receptionists treat you like people not just a number. Very very helpful and the doctors we have seen are excellent. Would highly recommend.
