So after a text yesterday saying that we have your blood results, please can you make it an appointment with Dr to discuss your results. Which I did straight away. Phone appointment was for today after 5.30pm !!! It's now 19.28 .feeling let down by someone ( dr ) I poured my head out to you,you don't know how hard that was for me

It's great to have a drop in surgery but be prepared for a long wait to be seen. Doctor Pandey is fantastic though.
