Rude receptionist, didnt even want to talk to me about my problem and just hung up on me, absolute useless.

I saw dr. Gurung yesterday and although Id specifically asked to see a lady Dr I couldnt fault him, he spoke to me with real empathy and patience, listened and I feel like Ill be on the right track soon, after so many going round in circle years. I only gave 4/5 starts because they booked a dr a wasnt expecting but it turned around in my favour thanks to him.

Was supposed to have a doctor ring me at 3pm but they never rang, i waited 2 hrs and called the reception to be told "they work till evening" and put the phone down on me. whats the point of having a time slot

Have tried to book for my elderly parents. Could take upto a week or more to get through to book a phone appointment. Can call every day at 8am and 2pm and never any availability, they advise to call 111.

Unbelievably rude receptionist who would not listen to me. I fully support the NHS and the strain they are under but this gatekeeping is dangerous and will result in patients dying.
