The Station Practice

The nurses and doctors are hard to fault. Unfortunately it is so hard to get an appointment, like anywhere in the UK at the moment they are over crowded with not enough appointments and staff. Whenever I have phoned with an appointment request for my child however she has always been seen or had a call back. Not once has she been left. I feel awful for the staff they take loads of flack for things beyond their control.

Worst surgery. I work full time with multiple jobs. I can never get through on the days I try to ring at 8am and when I do they say all appointments are gone and try again tomorrow.. even though I rang on the dot..the system is terrible and needs looking at...

The worst place is that the staff and doctors don't helps for people

Ok as long as the customers in front hurry up & keep their gobs shut so the staff can serve. We only get 15minutes parking or we get fines & customers in from do keep yacking
