Battle road dental practice

Just seen the dental hygienist for the first time and it will be my last , considering I paid privately the treatment I received was shocking . Ive never been treated so rudely at a dentist ever , I was supposed to have a 30 minute appointment , I wasnt in the chair more than 10 minutes , a very fast pull and scrape around by the most unfriendly dental hygienist I have ever met , a disgrace to her profession. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT BACK IN THAT CHOP SHOP !!

Excellent dental practice, received two root canals. Lida is professional and caring, good attention to detail, made me feel comfortable during what can be a uncomfortable procedure. Would highly recommend.

I had an emergency appointment with Alastair Mackay (hes been my familys dentist for ten years), and unfortunately had to have a tooth extracted. He and his assistant nurse (Im sorry, I dont know her name) were so kind, gentle and efficient. It was extremely traumatic but they made me feel safe and secure. Hes been treating my son since he was 2 years old - and I have a kid with zero fear of dentists, because of Alastair. I would highly recommend to any and all looking for a wonderful dentist who knows how to care for his patients, not just clinically, but emotionally, also.
