    If I could give no stars, I would. This practice treats older people like they are inconveniences. My mother has a broken tooth that shes been waiting 3 months for it to be fixed. Her appointment was today at 10am. The bus was delayed and she was 15 minutes late for a 45 minute consultation. The dentist outright refused to see her even though there was half an hour left of the appointment. The next time slot they could give her was October! Im disgusted by their attitude, one thats been shown to her whenever shes contacted them for help and advice. Unprofessional and one to avoid.

    What can I say... I honestly havent been to the dentist for years and years, I really dont like them.. but unfortunately half my tooth crack off and I was in agony, I rang about 8 dentist and no one is taking new patients atm due to the current world were in at the moment!! Thankfully cassie who is an absolute life saver saved the day and sorted an appointment out an emergency appointment for me!! The dentist lady I saw was amazing really put me at ease and even tho It werent going to be good news as turns out I need to have my tooth out but she temporarily fixed me up, kept me up to date with everything she was doing!! I absolutely hate dentist but will definitely be going back!! ( and thats not just because I need to have my tooth out HAHA!) Overall all the staff were lovely and chatting and I couldnt recommend this place enough.. if I could put more than 5 stars I would!! Thankyou to you all especially with this crazy world right now!! ** Update ** I honestly don't know what all the hate is about right now but once again they've been amazing for me!! I was in agony with a bad wisdom tooth, I got seen quickly and tooth removal the next day (15/07/2022) Great service once again and honestly can't thank them enough!! It's literally been a few hours since my tooth got removed and it feels better already!! If you ask me.. don't listen or read the hate because they've honestly been great!! Thankyou everyone for the last few days!!!

    Worst practice ever, avoid at any cost! (I'm comparing to care to other, UK, European & developing countries I've been as a patient) I don't know what happened, but Station Plaza used to be a decent place and the facilities are good, even the fact that they cater for wheelchair users. I had an emergency appointment on Valentine's day, in pain and with swollen face. I have spent 198 on emergency appointments, one band 2 appointment they charged for but have not refund the money, and drugs so far for the same issue instead of charging the difference for one simple follow-up treatment. Never mind pain, the damage antibiotics do to guts, and not being able to eat normal food and the rest of the disruption to my life. This issue started FOUR MONTHS AGO and is still ongoing! I have asked to see the manager and got promised several times that she will contact me, but obviously she couldn't care less. The last time the receptionist refused me an emergency appointment and if it wasn't for Arthur Blackman clinic, I would have ended up in hospital emergency ward. I have totally lost my confidence in the practice - that is not to say anything about any individual dentist. (They also lost my son's X-ray he paid for which he needed for a surgery)
