Toad Hall Dental Surgery

I cannot thank this surgery enough the pain I had with an infection I felt so poorly , ( they couldnt do enough to relieve the pain and get me in at very short notice , I cannot thank you enough you made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything I was honestly so Poorly I feel human again thank you again

I'm not keen on going to the Dentist (who is?) however I have been going to Toad Hall for a number of years to the amazing Gavin. He is wonderful, and puts you at ease. I would not go to anyone else!

Gavin is the best Dentist I've ever had. I didn't go for 25 years as I had a phobia. Gavin is so good I don't have that phobia anymore

I'm very sad and quite scared following a phone call to the surgery today. I have a real phobia with dentists. Since joining this practice my dentist has worked hard with me to overcome my fears. Unfortunately approx 2 years ago I had to have dental surgery at a different location. This triggered massive phobia again. Needless to say due to my phobia I have not been. Today I managed to pulk up courage and phone for an appointment only to be spoken to rudely by the receptionist.. which quite frankly left me in tears. Apparently my dentist was "on holiday" I could not even make an apt because apparently myself and my 5 year old Autistic daughter have been registered. I'm devastated left with a broken tooth unable to access my dentist. When I phoned a few hours later again I was spoken to so rudely.. I was simply asking whom was in charge of the practice. At no point have I ever been given any information which states they can register you without any prior notice..
