        Took day off work to wait for the delivery and then found royal mail card saying too big for the letter box and then the delivery time was written 3pm . My clock on TV said 2.56pm what a shambles! Its always happening when I get a parcel from royal mail.. Do they knock the door with a feather duster! Because I never hear them and I'm looking out the window every 5 minutes. Useless and then at collection office the staff seem disgruntled and miserable. And that sums up the whole business MISERY ......... Just........ MISERY ! WELL DONE. ! ROYAL FAIL
