Tesco Express

Its a great shop but I have had some Terrible service. I have brain damage and short term memory is one of my main problems they are aware of this as I told the staff when I moved here about my mental issues and brain damage (short term memory) I bought too many drinks as of my memory I tried to return one just one with my receipt and they refused and told me Jamie if you couldnt afford the drink you shouldnt had bought it think more next time before you buy something and no Im not returning it I dont care if you have a receipt. I found this too be EXTREMELY RUDE & inappropriate as they are aware of my short term memory loss and brain damage as they have been given my doctors review and still they refused to refund me even though they are aware I am a vulnerable adult who comes to the shop daily. They refused me to change the drink I bought by mistake 2 minutes ago before leaving the shop the cashier gave me the receipt and when I asked if they could please return one drink as I had spent too much without realising they REFUSED ME AND TOLD ME IF YOU CANT AFFORD IT YOU SHOULDNT BUY THE DRINK! Loudly so everyone can hear. knowing that I have brain damage. Incredibly rude Because they refused to help me and told me if you cant afford things you shouldnt buy them now leave. NEXT CUSTOMER PLEASE! Loudly they said. Not nice.

Good sized Tesco Express store. A couple of self service checkouts which is good as allows for a quick shop. The car-park outside is small - only space for about 10 vehicles. The kerb is also badly designed making it very difficult to exit the car park if parked in the bays adjacent to the entrance.
