Great shop, polite and helpful staff

Took a parcel there for posting, it was incorrectly labelled by the store not by me and it has now been sitting in the shop for a week before I found out. I sorted the labelling out 3 days ago, I was told it would be collected that day but it wasnt. I enquired the next day and again was assured it would be collected that day and it wasn't, I called that evening and was then told they don't collect parcels on a sunday. In total the parcel has been sat there over a week now. None of the staff will tell me why, none of the staff will help me with this. I have a customer going mad at me because they haven't received their parcel, I'm down financially and am no where closer to getting it sorted. Once this is sorted I 100% won't be going in there again. I just want the parcel back now so I can post it without using their services but guess what, they won't give it back to me.

Rude, lazy staff dropped of 8 parcels, they would only accept 5 blaming driver for limit Dropped remainder to another shop and asked if they had a limit. They advised drop off as many as you like They are lazy, rude and liars Total scumbags with poor customer service Hope you run your business into the ground ( you deserve to)

Still overcharging and overpriced. Its not always open on time and the staff are so rude especially the old lady behide the till.

I can't believe how rude the staff are there now. I phoned 3 times asking them to please check if my important parcels had arrived as it had been over 2 weeks. They wouldn't even take a look. Instead just rudeness. I asked who the manager or owner was so I could pass on my feedback but he wouldn't tell me. Disgusting behaviour. It always used to be so friendly and helpful some years back. It doesn't take a lot to be kind and respectful to customers. Just plain arrogance. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
