        There's a female staff there who was very rude,it's the first time I encountered her since i always go and buy there and staffs there usually are kind. Today, I queued to get my parcel at that time there's only 4 of us in the queue, the guy in the cashier who was assisting me then went to get my parcel, and the moment he was back the female staff was shouting at him so loudly telling him i should have waited to finish everyone before he collected my parcel? (she shouted for everyone in the shop hear what she's saying and for me to hear it before i went out the shop) i went back and i told her, I queued and have a right to be assisted and she shouldn't have to be angry and rude only just because of that. Even the other customer there said 'yes' she shouldn't be rude like that. "she just actually humiliate herself for her attitude" , in a customer service setting , that kind of attitude is a BIG NO.
