        Dropped of a parcel hoping for a nice Xmas present for the family. Well the parcel gone missing wonder how, when last tracked at the shop! Ridiculous they cant locate the parcel, when clearly you are the one who scanned it! DO NOT BOTHER UPS, or just think you have given it to the driver for free! Rubbish service
