        Awful experience, had a delivery from ups that didnt arrive at my address, had the slip of paper and the online confirmation receipt both saying ID wasnt needed to collect my delivery and the guy refused to even read it, now I cant get my parcel as I dont have the ID they want, guy was rude and condescending to me and my partner, one star is generous.

        I wish I had read the reviews prior to driving some distance to this store. I found the male cashier rude, unhelpful and patronising. Amazon had sent instrictions for me to return a parcel via this shop. The cashier refused to acknowledge any part in the process, stating that they did not label or take these parcels. I went to another store nearby and the difference in their attitude, welcome and general service was phenomenal. I will not be going back to Shah store neither would I recommend it to others.
