We used Empress to take our guests to an Afternoon Event from Bexhill to Heathfield. Our driver John was so helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him. The coach was comfortable, clean and welcoming. The timings we planned were met exactly by Empress and we were very impressed with their service. We will certainly use them again for future trips.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Empress Coaches. We hired one of their vintage buses for our wedding so that everyone could travel between the ceremony and reception together. It was such a great way to move between venues. Steve was attentive & organised. He was great to deal with beforehand and on the day, even decorating the bus with ribbon for us to make it extra special. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Empress Coaches. Thank you, Steve!

Cannot praise this company enough. Effortless from start to finish. Polite professional owner, and our lovely driver John was the same. Likeminded humour and really interested in our day. Excellent communication. Accepting our well behaved pets was also a bonus, and not easy to find. Its a respectable two way thing that maybe some would abuse. But Steve trusted us and hopefully we didnt let him down. Many thanks for assisting our memorable day. Wouldnt hesitate to use again Would highly recommend to all
