Maria was so very thoughtful and considerate, making all sorts of special arrangements at her own cost so my order arrived in good condition. She also contacted me to check these arrangements met with my approval and convenience, and was cheery personable and a pleasure to deal with. My delivery arrived in excellent condition and was a big hit.
