Anna has been fantastic over my six coaching sessions: she helped me to work out what was important to me in my career and gave me the tools to both make my current role work better for me, and to start thinking about my next steps in a focused and constructive way. She is very good at gently encouraging you to push your boundaries and I found our sessions really enjoyable but also challenging. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone who is looking for more purpose and enjoyment in their career (whatever that ends up looking like!).

Working with Anna has been an absolute pleasure. She has played an enormous role in helping me make the career change moves that I had wanted for some time, but needed the right guidance on. Anna is an excellent coach to work with. She is pleasant and very understanding, but not afraid to push hard with searching and sometimes uncomfortable questions! Anna set a number of different self-reflection exercises (some of which I was a bit cynical about initially) and was quick to pick up on common traits and help derive meaning from these, which in turn helped home in on key values and skills that are important to me, in life as well as my future career. Her analyses and insights were spot on, and definitely left me feeling less overwhelmed and more confident. She then worked with me to identify specific next steps to look for suitable opportunities. Ultimately this is where the hard work comes in personally of course, and it has been valuable to have Anna as a sounding board throughout. If you know you need change but are finding it difficult to make practical progress into working out what it is you need, and what you have to offer in whatever future direction you are headed, then I can definitely recommend Anna to help steer you down the right path!

Careers coaching with Anna has been really valuable and has put me in a much better place as I move onto the next stage of my career. I was looking for some guidance, as I was feeling very stuck and overwhelmed about what to do at the end of my PhD. I was secretly hoping that I would be able to talk to Anna for a bit, and she would come up with my dream job. This didnt happen, but what I got from working with Anna was much more beneficial. Through the tasks and discussions, I was able to work through and understand what makes me tick, and identify what I really wanted out of a job so I could stay true to my values. Anna is so easy to talk to and was really good at asking the right question at the right time to help me unpack my thoughts. The process has built my confidence and I have learnt to embrace my skills and values. Thank you so much Anna, working with you has been a really positive experience!
