        Fantastic, friendly cafe re-opened in Bexhill-on-Sea, now under new management (Owner Paul Walker), very well presented food, lovely place for a coffee, food or a place for a chat and groups. Wheel chair accessible. Two doors for entry. Calm relaxed Cafe, all staff are polite and professional. Coming soon to Cafe Windsor is JUST EAT,
