Hi guys - we went to a Caberet show a few weeks back and enjoyed it so much we booked the freak show to include my parents too. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to the train strike and I had a voice message from you saying we can rebook the next free of charge and you would refund the original show. Unfortunately I cant get hold of anyone to rebook - I have left a voice message but now the mailbox is full and I have sent a couple of emails. Still no refund and no confirmation of booking for freak show on 29th. I want to bring parents and brother so table of 5 and they live 5 hours away so I need confirmation asap as then they can make plans with work etc. Please can you get back to me urgently? You absolute disgrace of a company. We booked tickets for this evenings freakshow 2 months ago. We've booked transport, accommodation arrived to your venue today to find you've closed down!!!! I messaged you 3 times this week which you read and ignored, you could have warned us and stopped us coming yet you're still letting people book your events and pay you money knowing that your closed. We want a refund or we will be taking this further. You bunch of scammers. Disgrace.

They didnt even open the show paid for tickets and they didnt tell anyone that the show was cancelled Im waiting for the response from them to get a refund and cant get in contact with them do not ever buy from them

I purchased tickets for 24th June freak show on 10th June. Got a phone call from the venue on 24th June informing me it was cancelled due to train issues and acts not being able to travel to venue! I was informed I'd recieve a refund on Monday 27th June and complementary tickets to another show. I've still not received a refund nor tickets to another show. I've emailed twice with no response and sent a message on the Facebook page which has been read and ignored. Not impressed!
