Total Project Management

I visited the showroom in September 2022, made an appointment for someone to come and do an estimate the following Monday. The estimate was very satisfactory so I phoned and accepted it. I was told it takes 6-8 weeks approx for the work to be done and the next step would be for the project manager to contact me. That was 6 months ago and despite me calling several times and sending an email no one has contacted me. Ive asked on 3 occasions now to speak to Adam Huntly but hes yet to contact me. Seems they dont want my business. Ive spent thousands of pounds with them in the past and Im very disappointed to be treated like this. I would at least like an explanation. I feel sure they have taken on other jobs that have come in more recently and I dont know why they came to quote for the job if they dont want to do it.

Malcolm and Ben Huntly coordinated all the trades seamlessly. We had a new kitchen, bathroom, garden room and first floor extension. We were initially a little trepidatious about having major building work . However, the professionalism and sound advice we received from Total Project Management allayed our concerns. All the tradesmen engaged were polite, friendly and proficient. Steve made an excellent job of completing the minor snagging to our total satisfaction. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Total Project Management. Quickly understood what was required, estimate received within days. All staff were very polite and kept site tidy. Loved fact that even though a small project still allocated project manager to oversee. Final invoice was for amount estimated, site left clean and tidy. Would recommend and would absolutely engage their services again. Brilliant from start to finish. Service: Refurbishment
