My first time boxing and everyone here was really welcoming. I did the 18:30 session on a Thursday. Great fitness and learning something new at the same time. I will definitely be back.

Started a ladies 8 week boxing course last week, loved it, Connor is really patient and professional, I tried the body conditioning class last night, was a tough one as Im not very strong but I came out feeling great! Cant wait to continue these classes and get fitter and stronger!

I dont think I have enough space to write how much I love this gym. I started by going to their fit factory classes. Then later joined the womens boxing course and havent looked back since. The coaches are friendly, professional and passionate about what they do. They are patient and help you succeed at your own pace. My daughter has also started boxing here and really enjoys her sessions with Connor. I highly recommend Box HIIT Gym whether it be for learning to box or progressing in your fitness levels.
