Sales person was friendly and helpful and I was regularly updated by email on the delivery timings and it was delivered on time, and with friendly staff. The bed looks nice, and will hopefully be a decent quality and last a long time. However, it is impossible to assemble by yourself. I asked about assembly but kept being told it is easy to assemble and the videos all show it, albeit with two people. This bed was delivered and I had to turn all the heavy parts around to match it up. It has industrial staples closing the drawers and on the bottom of the bed, which you are told to remove. I tried to remove with pliers, but they are impossible to remove. I had to cut the tape and pull of some bits of plastic bags which was stapled and glued on. Not sure if correct or not, as no instructions. The wheels don't attach either, so all after paying close to 1000 GBP, all i have is a bed without wheels, in two separate parts,since it is not easy assemble by yourself I have just put the two parts together so far, as hopefully they shouldn't move. There is also no indication which way up mattress should go. There is supposed to be a winter and summer side, but there is no apparent difference, so it is just a 50% chance I have it correct.
