Went to boots today to try and get some photos printed upstairs staff where very friendly with helping me out with the machine but unfortunately it wouldnt let me pay Evan tho I tried another machine but still wouldnt let me pay

Had to wait in queue for 45mins and they are ment to text when my prescription is ready but never does! I called and they said that they got my prescription, I turned up and they don't! Said they will call me back but never did.
