I sent a text saying how unhappy I was I have no response. My eyebrows look worse than when I went in, I have big gaps. I asked the girl to fix them as I was so disappointed, she did not. 60 spent and you cant even notice the lashes. I arrived 10 minutes early, the doors locked no answer to phone or text. Then you must take off your shoes to sit on the chair. Customers should b warned that they lock the door and shoes must be taken off. The whole experience was awful, I could say more and would not have written this review if they had acknowleded my text Finally the toilet door was filthy as was the pink pillow. Been here a few times now to get a lash lift and every time has been perfect. Lovely staff and loving lashes. Last many weeks. Definitely recommend:)

Got my lashes done here twice while visiting the UK. I had a great experience both times. The lashes were beautiful and lasted! Both girls I saw did awesome fan work! Will definitely return when I'm in the UK again!
