Previously good experience however I took my son in for his haircut before we attended a wedding. Gave strict instructions to not touch the back, said he was growing it and only to trim on the sides and front, this was repeated several times.
My son returned to me after 20 minutes devastated, all of it had been taken off.
We went back down there, strangely enough the guy who cut it played dumb.
I am so cross, it took him a year to grow it to that length, he never likes visiting barbers as it is, and now he doesnt want to leave the house.
