        Dear Bas Barbershop, I am writing to express my disappointment with the haircut I received during my recent visit. I have been a loyal customer of your establishment, but unfortunately, the quality of the haircut I received did not meet my expectations. Despite giving specific instructions and showing examples, the end result was not what I was hoping for, and I do not feel satisfied with the service I received. As a result, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to your barbershop in the future.         My favourite barber, been going here for about 10 years. Excellent with kids, very patient and caring. Highly recommend.

        Great service. Glad to have found this place. Granted there aren't enough Afro, Afro-Caribbean barbers around East Sussex. This one is the furthest thing from a compromise as you can get. OJ is great with customers and the barbershop has an amazing atmosphere
