Once on new year's when me and some friends had bought a few rounds, left to go somewhere else then we came back to a member of staff coming up to us and saying "Are you even going to buy anything". This was followed up by more rude comments.
The second time I was with a different group and we had been ordering many rounds again. I ask for some shots of something then say actually could I have shots of something else. They didn't have the drinks I asked for so they gave us something we didn't order and double the number of shots we wanted and made us pay full price. When we said we only ordered 3 shots the staff got angry at us and said no you ordered 6.
This place would be really nice if some of the staff didn't have such a chip on their shoulder.
