        Went to the Hastings branch today and had an appointment with a lady called Jody, she gave us fantastic service, very helpful, informative and friendly. Would be very happy to return to see her again should we need to. Highly recommend Jody! Thank you for your help :-)

        No humans to talk with via app. The worst aftercare I've ever experienced regarding help. Asking nearly all my card details for security passes so u don't know if the phone number is scamming you before a human picks up. Definitely have to be leaving. Can't even pay someone my money on the app for 4days as I just moved the app to a new phone.

        Barclays Bank invest billions into projects driving biodiversity loss, including continuing to pump billions into new fossil fuel extraction and plastic production. They are one of the worst banks you can think of in terms of protecting our childrens futures.
