Have used John and his very helpful team for about 10 years now . From converting churches to acquiring planning on single dwellings he has been the best in the business for me . Tempting fate but Never had an application refused with Elevations they hold 100% success rate.

Highly recommended, When we were going to apply for planning, the local planning officer through a few names into the hat for us to contact if we were having trouble locating an architect to take it on, We made contact with John and we made an appointment some 3 months in advance ,we had a email the week before to confirm he was coming ,John and his wife were very professional during the hole planning issues, informing at every stage of the process,,our planning had a few sticky issues but John sorted them out he and sue were particularly patient with me because I was on the phone every other day as I am a bit of a worrer, we had the planning approval mainly due to John's commitment I have and will continue to recommend John to carry out you planning issues, Thank you John

I would like to express my thanks to John, Susan and the rest of the team at Elevations Design Ltd. After a very bad experience with another architect that tried to charge me double the price he quoted, and took nearly a year to get a simple planning application submitted that should have taken no more than a couple of months. I was put in touch with Elevations Design Ltd. Elevations Design Ltd was completely unknown to me but came highly recommended by a very satisfied customer of theirs. After an initial site visit with John Waterhouse where we discussed my requirements, John came back to me very promptly with a very competitive quotation and an indication of the time scale this project would take. I was told by John that this wasn't going to be a straight forward planning application due to the location of my site ( adjacent to an area of natural beauty ) Through the design stage to submitting the initial planning application I cannot fault the time scale, workmanship and dedication shown by John Waterhouse. After One Pre planning app and three further planning apps I am pleased to say that Elevations design Ltd successfully gained the planning consent I wanted. During the planning process and after planning was obtained I needed a great deal of advice, information and additional drawings. There was never a delay in getting the advice, info or design drawings I needed, and any extra work that was carried out was at a very reasonable agreed rate.
