        Hughenden Court is a purpose built block of apartments dating from about 1974. It has secure parking and is well connected via Ore station and a bus stop outside. The residents of Hughenden Court have recently taken control of their own management for the building. Improvements are being made including internal decoration, energy efficient lighting, security cameras and external improvements. There are regular RTM meetings and a residents association. Recently a Hughenden Court website has been created to share information.
