Phil is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to provide numerous options so that we could choose something to fit out timescale, budget and needs. We're thrilled with our new log burner, which can be run very efficiently and has made an enormous difference to the temperature of our home. Thank you Phil!

MyStove have both supplied and fitted wood fired heaters for me. Phil is very respectful and you know your in good hands. He even gave me a large bag of wood free of any charge. Thank you so much for such a great job.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Mystove as they complete let me down Immediately after fitting the hearth in my fireplace, Phil contacted me to say that he could no longer install the stove due to operational issues and did not even offer an apology! This has put me in a difficult position as I have been left with a half finished non-functional fireplace and will not be able to have one installed by another contractor for several months due to short notice, so I will be without a working fireplace for winter due to this.
