Great ground but parking is a big problem

The field had not been mowed, and so it was actually ridiculous to play cricket on it. The U14s did their best, but the grass was almost knee deep in places and the boundary was hidden by the height of the grass. The square has more flowers growing on it than a nursery. We even had to remove a football goalpost. Could be a really beautiful cricket ground, Jack & Jill windmills in the background, but it's been left to become overgrown. How does this help the development of cricket in the area? Football pitch had been cut recently, so??

Just such a lovely spot, from here you can also walk up to Jack and Jill windmills on the south Downs. Beautiful Church as well with so much history. Nearly a thousand years old.
