Haslington Surgery

We are new to the area, and I couldn't be more happier with this surgery. My husband has alot of medical issues and the new doctor took time and patience to make my husband comfortable, as he suffers from PTSD from army,and stresses if his medication is not right. I highly recommend this surgery.

After speaking once again with Dr Hill this morning, I feel prompted to write a review. Dr Hill who I found to be approachable, professional, happy to answer any question I had, has a dry sense of humour and says it like it is, just what I need from my GP. My husband and I are very happy with the service here. Ive had dealings with the receptionists, who I have also found to be approachable, helpful and friendly. Nurse Clare Caveney I would definitely recommend if you need a nurse. She was very informative, reassuring and in my opinion went above and beyond to explain a procedure and put me at ease!!! A caring and friendly professional. I feel appointments are no more difficult here to get than anywhere else in the current climate. We feel very lucky to have them as our GP surgery.

Simply awful. Something needs sorting. Tried to get an appointment for a month.
