Only gave one star because I had to. Worked for this company for 17 month going out of my way, lots of overtime for them covering night shifts and Sundays at the drop of a hat for them which I was not contracted to. To be that unappreciated and dismissed for dependancy leave. Underpaid on final pay t, refusing to pay the contracted notice. Refusing to pay holidays, overtime and days work owed to me wouldnt advise them to even someone who has nothing!

Different Straights
Coming across Cymphony via one of their very well known and large clients, I was so impressed with the professionalism on how the call was dealt with that it was immediately decided that this was a service our company had to procure. Researching many players in the market, a shortlist consisting of 2 potential suppliers was created, which included a large international provider. The decision to select Cymphony was down to the fact that all their calls and webchats are only answered by real humans - no bots ever! Since going live almost 2 years ago with both the telephone answering service and the webchat service, we have saved numerous hours avoiding sales calls and have received a number of sales leads direct from the website and during out of hours. Ellie and her team cannot do enough to help and the professionalism and ease of use for all our callers is always positively commented on and sets us apart from our competition. Being a UK-based company is a huge benefit to us, too. Updating Cymphony with as many answers to FAQs allows these types of questions to be answered without interrupting our work schedule and we deem Cymphony as part of the Different Straights Team and our callers are none the wiser that they are talking to an outsourced organisation. Definitely a long-term supplier for Different Straights and highly recommended for anyone looking for a solution to showcase a professional image. Keep up the amazing work, guys!

We've been using this answering service for several years now and are very satisfied with the service. As we are unable to respond to calls during the working day, we couldn't operate our business without their services. Our calls and emails from potential clients are answered promptly and professionally. The customer care team are easily contactable and any minor issues that may crop up are always dealt with promptly and successfully. We would recommend.
