        I've never known such a bunch of cowboys in my life the builders they higher are a joke 3 years to.lay a road and then have to dig it up and do it again whatever u do do not rent or buy off this company u will defo regret it

        First of all, I have no association with the Bovis group, this review is purely from our experience. The girls (Rebecca and Jo) at the Hazelmere sales centre were extremely helpful when we enquired about a property at this site. We opted for the part-exchange purchase; we were amazed how easy Bovis made this procedure so painlessly simple. Bovis arranged everything from mortgage advice to surveyors report, all we had to do was to allow people to view our house and arranging our removal service. Bovis pulled out all the stops for us including adding quite a few things we requested for no extra cost, they certainly went above and beyond to ensure were happy. We moved in 9 weeks after the initial enquiry, however this wouldve been a lot sooner if it wasnt for our solicitor. The deputy site manager has been there for us in dealing with snags which you would expect from a new build. Weve been in our house since October and were very happy with our house and the support from the on site help. In truth, its all about the luck of the draw on the finish product and how good the site manager is. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Bovis.
