The Fitness Boxx Ltd

The Fitness Boxx is part of my weekly routine and I love it! I have always had difficulty motivating myself to exercise but Triston provides the support and encouragement I need. The groups are small and everyone is friendly. There are a variety of ages and fitness levels so I never feel uncomfortable, I just focus on me. If youre looking for something more than just a gym, this is the place for you!

Absolutely love training with Triston at The Fitness Boxx, I have been training here for around a year now and can see massive progression in my fitness, strength and mental wellbeing. The sessions are all small group so not intimidating at all and Triston is really informative and supportive throughout every exercise / class. Ive always struggled motivating myself to go to a normal gym but here each class is booked online before which is great as it means you commit to going. I would highly recommend trying The Fitness Boxx out!

My experience of the Fitness Boxx has been really positive. Triston doesn't judge, he listens, he supports you. I feel that when I have worked out it's been in the correct way, reducing the risk of injury under the direction of Triston. It is a much better experience having the sessions at Fitness Boxx compared to going to a standard gym, I felt more motivated going to Fitness Boxx.
