        Ed arrived promptly and removed dead bird before the clean, he cleaned our chimney to the amusement of my nosy kids and fitted a high quality guard on our chimney cap to prevent further birds, he also cleaned the stove glass for us and explained how to use the stove as a first time for us in new home, very helpful and not in a rush to get away as some trades happy to explain things to me. Gave a certificate for the year, see you next year Ed. Services: Chimney inspections, Chimney flue cleaning, Stove & fireplace cleaning, Animal removal

        Came out within hours of calling to attempt to save me from getting my gas capped off. Brought special chimney cameras and recommended a gas plumber who also came out very quick. Didn't meet him, but wife said polite and professional. Can't really say more +ve than that!
