        The lady who works in the customer service is very rude. I came to pick up a parcel which theyd got muddled up. I had the same surname as someone else and they only put your first initial and surname on the package. We also had the same initial. The lady then proceeded to blame me and accuse me of giving her the wrong confirmation number!! Me and the lady swapped our parcels and we now have the right parcel but the lady behind the counter needs better training and to admit when in wrong and not accuse customers. She was also very rude to a lady who was waiting behind me who just asked her if she was in the right place (customer services) to which she replied can you not see Im in the middle of talking to someone else. Not pleased.
