I needed to get my fingerprints done as a part of registering for a professional exam here in the UK. They were beyond professional and more than accomodating with anything I needed help with. Nigel was super friendly and very knowledgable of the business, going the extra mile to inform me of what would be involed with my particular fingerprinting needs. The infection control and social distancing at my actual appointment was really impressive and comforting especially during this time. They also allow you take have a second set of prints taken, just in case, which puts them miles above the competition. The value and price of services is a bargain. I was actually travelling from the midlands to Surrey and got caught in traffic that was going to make me quite late for my appointment. I was very worried, as I had travelled quite far! but Nigel was more than understanding and put me at ease right away. The staff waited for me to turn up and didn't give me any grief about it but only expressed their understanding. I would 100% recommend for any of their professional services!
