I have been doing 1 to 1 Pilates with Karen for several years, both in her beautiful studio and over Zoom. She is an expert at what she does and takes time and care to get to know you and to tailor the exercises to your individual needs. She is also a lovely person. Despite me being a complicated case, the results have been amazing. In particular, a frozen shoulder I was suffering from no longer gives me any trouble, and my back problems have improved significantly. I can also highly recommend her healing treatments: in particular 1 to 1 sound healing with bowls which had a quite frankly miraculous effect on me when I was suffering from low energy. I still can't explain it!

I have been going to Pilates From Within for about 18 months. I try not to miss my weekly mat class and every few months do a few 1:1 apparatus classes. I have loved every moment and since going my curvature of the spine has improved significantly; I am losing weight and feel stronger and fitter. The Studio is calm and relaxing and the atmosphere is very therapeutic. I have met some lovely people there too. Karen is caring, sensitive and a very knowledgeable, supportive teacher.

I had the pleasure of a spontaneous online sound bath with Karen, she has the ability to hold space with her live participants and online ones it was simply beautiful, professional and just what I needed. So glad I saw her post that day to jump on. Thank you so much Karen.
