Shelly is amazing at what she does. Throughout the session she chatted and made me feel comfortable, always checking I was ok and making me feel relaxed. She made the information on the heeling process so easy to follow with her little care bag and information card and even checked up on me personally to see how the heeling was going. I am absolutely over the moon with my new microbladded eyebrows!! It was my first time having my eyebrows microbladed and I was quite nervous about getting them done as the results are semi permanent. Not only did Shelley provide incredible customer service, she was patient and instantly made me feel at ease by how professional and well knowledged she was. Shelley talked me through every step of the process and her attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend Shelley as she is not only such a lovely lady but insanely talented!
