I called up and asked for help. Whomever answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I had not had an eye test for a while so I asked what would be their suggestion. They said, an eye test and that's 35. Great! I was welcomed by all the staff and we reiterated what we had talked about on the phone and what we were doing today. All COVID guidance was adhered to and I felt comfortable. When it came to pay I was charged the 35 fee AND a 55 fee, the first I had heard of an additional fee or a charge that was due to be greater than what I had booked for 35. I turns out it was for retinal scans which I would have probably opted for anyway if I had been asked with the cost BEFORE the procedure was completed. Irrespective, I thought it was rather naughty not to have disclosed this sooner and will be going elsewhere for future eye test needs.

Venturi Vision provided excellent customer service , when repairing my glasses. The glasses were fixed within a few days and the cost of the repair was considerably less than I had been quote by Leighton's. I will definitely be returning.
