Overall it was ok. Ive seen a lot of glowing reviews, so maybe I went on a not-so great day. Read below for more Only a few things: - Really nice on social media - were good at explaining the prices, what they offer, etc. - Im quite nervous about drills, due to heavy handed techniques from some nail techs in the past. There were moments where I was in pain a little. Some skin around my nails was removed, which has caused indents around my fingers. I felt like the cuticles were cut back a LOT. Not a huge fan of that. - They were running 40 minutes late. I know a lot of nail shops run behind but a pre-warning or apology when I sat down would be nice, just helps with overall customer service, as I might have just stayed home until a later time so I wasnt sat waiting. - I got a chrome tip, which looks lovely and was done well. However, no top coat was placed around the edge of the nails and the chrome has been chipping off a lot since day 5. I paid over 50 in total (I did get a BIAB removal with this price) and Ive only had them for 10 days with a lot of the colour chipping off, which is a huge shame. Im gutted my chrome hasnt lasted and Ive had chrome before from somewhere else, which lasted for 4 weeks with NO problems, so I know its not the materials. Overall: - I would come back but maybe just for plain colour. Just some points for the future: - Please warn customers who have booked appointments if youre running late to save their time. - Please be gentle with the drills. Sometimes it feels like youre rushing and it causes pain. - Please make sure top coat is applied and cured around the edge of the nail - not just on top - to make sure designs last.
