I've just received my eternity ring back that had to be remade. It was hard to imagine how the new setting would look but I was shown pictures and examples and took their advice on what would work. I absolutely love the new setting - it has exceeded my expectations!!

I have never purchased from this company but the dealings I have had in regards to a fraudulent charge made buy a scammer using the company name have been fruitful. They did not have to provide the level of customer service to me that they did as I was not a customer. They provided information that I did not have that will assist with the investigation by my bank. As well, they provided to me what they were doing on their end to rectify the situation. I appreciate their assistance and level of customer service. I have never experienced such as superior level of customer service with many companies in the US but especially jewelry stores. I appreciate the staff that assisted and the quick responses to action. Much obliged, A humbled American
