As a Scout hut, it's fairly good. Kinda strange location opposite some residential houses. However for a regular meeting place for a local Scout group, it's easy enough to get to, though it still encourages parents driving their kids to get there. Walkable from Haselmere train station (15-20 mins). We stayed there doing DofE. The hut itself offers decent facilities. Not cheap to rent the hall (some 100/day). However, you do get a fully equipped kitchen, hot running water, a sizeable hall, hot strong shower, clean toilets, free WiFi parking for maybe 6-7 cars, camping up the hill behind a little with a marquee and fire places. Not bad.

Brownie session was great. Hall can be very cold in winter months. Does have a basic kitchen facility. No disabled/wheelchair access.
