A stressful experience. We went with our 2 year old to the lunchtime session. We ordered food and it took an hour to come. Toddler was really hungry by then and had a meltdown. I expected better from a place that is supposed to be supportive of families. We may aswell have just gone to a normal cafe.

Fantastic: a friendly and well equipped small soft play cafe that's perfect for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Excellent birthday parties too. I've been coming here for more than five years, very happy customer. Highly recommended.

Great place and my 11 month old really enjoyed it here and the food was good for her. The only thing that lets it down slightly is the lack of supervision by some parents that attend. Obviously 2+ year old children boisterously playing in the under 2's area when small children are playing. Some parents feel it's fine to sit with their backs to the play area chatting with their friends rather than actually supervising their children. This is not a one off occasion either.

Great place to visit. The kids love it. Some toys could use a thorough clean (e.g. under walker tray) or replacement.
