The quality is fantastic & Ben and the team could not have provided better service from accommodating our design changes all the way through to the installation. Our project also included an extension to the existing kitchen & dining room, Ben recommended a great builder and the whole project ran to plan.

Such a great team - the design process was seamless and everything was completed on time. The whole team were really lovely. We had quite specific requirements, all of which were handled and the kitchen is holding up to all the wear and tear of our busy family.

We had our kitchen designed and installed by Ben and his team five years ago and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He had some brilliant ideas, most of which we used. The kitchen is still going strong and looks and works as good as the day it was installed.

Through a combination of show room and home visits Ben delivered a vision for our kitchen by providing two contrasting design options, one of which we chose. He spent time getting to know us, and our life style, even organising a visit to Bora in London for a demonstration. His talent as a designer came before selling - actually there was very little selling! Charter Walks customer service approach meant that we were fully informed at each and every stage of the project. It felt like they were keen for us to maintain our time schedules despite the supply chain challenges impacting the delivery at that time. We now have a stunning high quality contemporary kitchen that allows our culinary lifestyle to be centre stage. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Charter Walk.
