        Decent shop. I was disappointed with their policy of "No Refunds" on mixed paint. I had mistakenly bought the incorrect paint, and I swiftly returned back to the shop the next day with the tin of paint still sealed with the "security" tape that they put on. I was stone walled with a "sorry pal. no returns". I was very disppointed by this, as the paint was very expensive. Why bother putting security tape around the tin - its utterly pointless.

        More on the retail side than trade as is situated on the High Street. Still the same high standard of customer service and product knowledge. Added bonus, this Haslemere branch has the new Farrow & Ball tinting machine. Mixed up or what!
