I recently bought a house that was being marketed by the Haslemere branch of Strutt & Parker. Jason handled the viewings and the sale was progressed by Paula. As with every house purchase the road was rocky at times, and Paula was always on hand to help - whether it was keeping the conveyancing moving or trying to find a mutually acceptable solution. She kept clear lines of communication open with the estate agent handling the sale of my old house, my solicitors and the solicitors acting for the vendors of my purchase.

We used Jen and her team at Strutt's both for the sale of our family home in 2021 and in 2023 for our onward purchase. On both occasions, they were superb and we have no hesitation recommending them. With our sale, they were realistic in pricing our home, professional in conducting viewings, helpful in the negotiations, effective in managing a long chain and then keeping everyone calm. With our subsequent purchase, they advised us in advance of the property coming to market and nudged us into an attractive offer.

Great working with the Haslemere team. They knew their market, worked with us through difficulties further down the chain and helped us secure the sale which otherwise could have fallen apart. Highly recommend them - a professional and experienced team.

Paula and Jen were very pleasant to deal with. The sale process took a long time; however, they handled the sale professionally and well although the are perhaps less knowledgeable about the Midhurst area than the Haslemere market.
