Very disappointed with Mercedes after taking our car to be diagnosed with a clutch fault. We was told we would have to pay upfront for the part but could not give us a time scale when it would be fixed. How can you not give any time scale but take the customers money? Very poor service!

Mercedes staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. My car was returned as promised dates and times.

An excellent service all round from collection to return at home. In between times if I have a question or need help with the new technology the staff at Hindhead are more than willing to give advice willingly. Congratulations all round and well done.
