        Read previous reviews but decided to call anyway and give them an opportunity to get my custom. Wish I hadnt bothered. Rude lady with thick foreign accent, very dismissive when I enquired about a Rug Doctor hire. Was adamant it was 35 for the day despite website saying 24.99. Its up to you was the response I got. She was right, it was up to me. So I went to Tesco in Haslemere instead and paid 10 less for the same service and it included politeness and a smile!
